Supervisor may process event directly in Google Calendar. Approving an event copies the event from the Event Request calendar, adds it to the relevant events calendar, then deletes the Event Request event. Denying a request also deletes the event request.
If your school uses Resource Calendars to reserve spaces, multiple locations can be linked to corresponding resource calendars.
