An intuitive, customizable request form appears right where you need it in Google Calendar allowing you to view your planned event in the context of all other events.
Conveniently access your configuration by clicking on Settings to manage connected calendars, event approvers, and locations.
Capture all relevant details to be included in an HTML formatted event description.
View your event details as the request is being built. Apply optional details such has facilities, help desk or catering support.
Select a relevant supervisor to receive the event request via email.
Each event request is directly sent to the selected approver's inbox.
Supervisor may process event directly in Google Calendar. Approving an event copies the event from the Event Request calendar, adds it to the Main Events calendar, then deletes the Event Request event. Denying a request also deletes the event request.
If your school uses Resource Calendars to reserve spaces, multiple locations can be linked to corresponding resource calendars.
Event requestor as well as selected added support such as help desk, facilities or catering receives confirmation of decision.
